Ye Olde Canal

It’s been a bloody awful day and I am quietly drinking some beer. In our family we don’t do Mother’s Day as we’ve run out of living mothers. We have never done Father’s Day because it’s very close to my birthday. Sometimes we don’t remember my birthday either. And the damn starlings are outwitting me.
