Civitas Mundi, Civitas Dei

Mrs B and I attended a day's retreat at a centre in Honiton held by monks of the Augustinian Recollects.  The theme was the Shroud of Turin and very interesting and inspiring it was too.  I'm convinced that the cloth covered Jesus in death, before his resurrection.

The chapel there had a beautiful triptych in stained glass that I've reproduced here.
