A short jog along the seafront returning via the Towner Art Gallery a lovely sunny afternoon.

Not a great day for sport today.
The little man's football team lost 3-1 after being in complete command and leading 1-0.
His team (Spurs), drew 3-3 after leading bottom-of-the-table Southampton 3-1.
England rugby team get beaten by Ireland.
