Busy day with those kind of Saturday tasks... food shopping, B&Q etc. I managed a wee coffee to myself and then picked K and her sister up from a spa day at Bowfield House Hotel. They recommend it.

Later we popped round to friends who had made an impressive chocolate cake.. and we didn't need asked twice ;-)

Their gorgeous cat was briefly willing to pose for a blip.
