Lack of drama

In my phone, this photo is full of drama - light and shade, the startling brightness of the sky, and the sheeting rain - but here it’s just a mess. Not sure what all that’s about.

Work in the office this morning, then late lunch outside - driven under cover by the crazy weather, to watch a bunch of kites come and shelter in the big trees (on their way home from the tip, I think).

Call with Mam for Mother’s Day. And with Mrs B Senior to be told the same small fact over and over again. She sounds cheery enough though.

CarbBoy has an exam tomorrow. He has refused all offers of help, so we helplessly cross our fingers.
