Happy Mothers Day

The day started with a mountainbike ride which I suffered on as I've not been out for weeks. It felt good getting exercise though and the fresh air was delightful.

Early afternoon Claire, Orla and myself went to the pub and met up with friends for an Irish live music session.

Later on I left the girls to have a mother's day meal with my Mum, Dad and Sister.
