Lambda Sensor

When my Polobanger went for its MOT the exhaust emissions were all over the place. It passed, but there was clearly something wrong. The considered opinion of all the experts was a failed lambda sensor. It has been replaced now and I took it over to my MOT tester to plug in the gas analyser and see it it is any better. passed with flying colours. The lambda sensor is an amazing piece of technology that lives in the red hot exhaust and provides an electrical pulse to the ecu. £25 for cleaner emissions.
