Lily pad
Our pond is beginning to burst with life - the newts are wriggling around and the waterr lilies have beautiful new perfect leaves. We haven't had any frogspawn - I think that is due to the newts, but we still see frogs and toads jumping around in the garden so they must be breeding nearby.
This is the clear water on a lily pad. The water was very green and murky so we followed Monty's advice and put in a bag of straw in some netting which seems to have cleaned the water.
I am trying to use my camera more for my blips but the Corel Photo Album keeps rejecting the odd photo so it is a miracle it accepted this which is my favourite blip today
