Choice of honey

A hotel in Germany. This was taken on 9.2.23. I originally took one just showing the three types of honey, but I don't really like honey and I found my attention drawn to the Guglhupf.
I think I should learn to make one like this before I am 80. It is not a yeast one, presumably baking powder, not very sweet and very easy to cut a thin slice to complete breakfast.
