Bloomin’ Lovely

Work was ok but I was very tired. I think I’m now too old to have such a busy weekend then go to work on Monday.
Alfie dropped Liv at the station this afternoon then his car started pouring out smoke on the way home. He stopped and called the AA but had to sit and wait 2 and a half hours for them to arrive. He’s not sure what’s wrong with it but fingers crossed it’s not too expensive.
My Mother’s Day flowers and cards are my emergency blip for today. Alf sent me the ‘mummy’ one which he then doctored so it now reads ‘I’m really very lucky
I can’t believe it’s true
Of all the mummies in the world
I got the best one you!’
