Mother’s Day

And incidentally Ivy’s second birthday.  I was sent lovely photos of her but as I wasn’t with her today they don’t count on Blip. 

Picked Mum up late morning, taking the potted up dahlias to put into Mum’s conservatory until they sprout. 

Vikram cooked chicken and i made a rhubarb cake. We ate lunch and then went over to West Dean to see the woodland of wild daffodils which we discovered for the first time last year.  Absolutely stunning , here’s Mum standing amongst the spillover on the field alongside.
