Chicken Vendor

We have lived in Zihuatanejo for more than a dozen years, but never bought chicken from a market vendor preferring to purchase in packages at the grocery store. That all changed today in our bid to buy more locally for all products (we have already been doing that with our produce purchases for as long as we have been in town). The vendor was very helpful, offering to skin the breast and legs I was buying. All in all a painless process, which I'm sure I will be repeating in the future.
