The Botanic Gardens, Singapore

Today we visited one of my favourite places in Singapore, The Botanic Gardens, where we once again spent a couple of hours looking around the remarkable Nation Orchid Garden.  The Singapore Botanic Gardens is one of three gardens to be given UNESCO World Heritage status and the only tropical garden.
This evening we went to Chijmes, a former nunnery and now The Place to go and eat, for dinner at a superb Anglo Indian restaurant.  They were still celebrating St Patrick's Day as my Extra shows!
