A King Alfred moment

I do like a poached egg for breakfast but must pay a bit more attention.  I forgot to put water in the bottom of the pan and so all 4 plastic dishes were melted permanently to the base.  The alarm went off and the whole neighbourhood knew Gillyh was in the kitchen!
