Physical

I began my day by heading to my GP’s office for my annual physical appointment. We assessed all my medications and why I took them and discussed how things have been over the past year. Then he did his exam.

I’ve been given the homework of taking my blood pressure daily for a week and sending him the results, as it was high today.

I was then sent to the lab for bloodwork.

I began a new bead weaving project when I got home but didn’t stick with it long as my hands were cold.

I read and napped on the sofa for the rest of the day.
