Canada Geese beside the canal.

The Feast Day of St. Benedict.
Today has been mostly cloudy and it is 11c here.
I did some housework and had a morning walk. Then in the early evening I went along to Victoria Street canal site to hope to find something interesting to photograph. The two swans were near the wall and possibly building their nest with twigs.
The two Canada Geese were very vocal and calling enthusiastically to geese on the canal. A chase eventually ensued, with much splashing and energetic flapping of wings.
Paul has worked hard on the removal of old wood chip paper and there is much dust and clearing up to do.

I must go and prepare an evening meal. Then Downton Abbey.
