The Women of World War II

Every time I go to London I see things I was previously unaware of, like this splendid monument in Whitehall, near to today's meeting. Yesterday afternoon I had a good wander and took in a statue of Mahatma Gandhi, an interesting chippie and a nicely restored cabbies' shelter. I also now know what the Freemasons' Hall looks like, ie spooky.
