Sara Lidman

Sara was one of the most important authors in Sweden. Borne in Missenträsk, Västerbotten up north in 1923, died 2004.

Me? I'm on my way to Kiruna, up north. On my way I had to change trains in Umeå (see map) where I found this picture of her. Umeå is a charming city. I spent 12 months here back in the 70's as a conscript. Now forgotten...
