Tuesday Zoom meeting completely different format after my ‘mentoring’ last week with the boss.
Started off saying well done to everyone and we could all take petty cash and buy ourselves lunch! Then a competition to raise the profile of a campaign, winner gets to go home an hour early
Yup both my suggestion! Funnily enough all staff came off the zoom in great form ready for the week ahead.
If only he’d tried a bit harder three years ago!
