Riverside

Another visit to the surgery to recheck my INR.  It's still too high but has come down a bit, another check required tomorrow afternoon. 

After lunch Ann went out to see Jo and I went for a little local walk.  Down to the river by the Diglis Hotel then a nice walk along the bank watching the swans on the water and along to the canal basin.  Then back home via the canal towpath.

Later I made a veggie bake which we had for tea.

I noticed the young green buds by parts of the bankside.  Definitely a sign of Spring.
