Shiny Whirly Thing in the Sky
Yip, one desperate heavily cropped image, but hey-ho! I didn't dare to blip the AA man winching Miles (my car) on to the recovery truck after my fan belt broke on the M9 on the way to getting serviced!!!
I wish I had blipped the number plate of the ar** who despite my hazards being on wouldn't let me into the inside lane as I coasted from 80 70 mph to a standstill on the hard shoulder with water? leaking from under the bonnet. So instead of a newly serviced happy Miles in the driveway - I can now see the dandelions!
So the rescue angel (or chauffeur to some corporate fatcat) blipped this morning represents my knight in shining HiVis AA yellow, who did arrive in 25 minutes and scoop us off the scary motorway with no barrier between me and speeding traffic.
Rant over, an update on Annie, not much change but got some physio that went well. I hope all the various 'Pump' classes over the last several years will have given her lot of core strength that is going to help over the next few weeks.
Car willing, I plan to visit tomorrow or Friday. Thanks again for all of the messages and requests for an address to send cards. Anne
