Back to outpatients today to get the clips taken out of my wound and to have a quick chat with the physiotherapist. Getting in and out of the car by itself was challenge enough! The upshot of the visit was, I need to do more exercises and to walk more, hey ho.A knee replacement is not for the faint hearted!
