The Kiss

You will all have seen pictures of this at least, as I have, but it is even more impressive "in the flesh", so to speak:-) Rodin's iconic sculpture (one of three full sized ones) is on loan from The Tate to the National Gallery of Scotland in Edinburgh until February 2014. A visit to Edinburgh today with a couple of friends was a good chance to have a look at it.

We also visited the Botanic Gardens and viewed the International Garden Photographer of the Year 2013 display. Many of the photographs were totally stunning, but there were some that were on a par with those I have seen on blipfoto, so there's hope for all of us!!

Wonderful weather completed a lovely day out and hope you were also able to enjoy some sunshine today.
