The Magnolia Again

16 mile powerwalk today.

When I started out this morning I didn't know if I'd manage one mile let alone 16.
My knee was still a bit tender from the two 8 milers I did at the weekend.

But .... the sun shone , the wind didn't blow and the Voltarol did it's job.
