2023 Monday — Madonna Inn Lunch

We headed to San Luis Obispo to Costco pharmacy to get medicine for our pup Mitzi. One of our favorite places to enjoy lunch when we are in SLO is the famous Madonna Inn. Because it was a cloudy day we did not need to worry about finding shade to park the car and pups; sometimes finding shade there can be impossible.

Lunch was so good. We both ordered the hot open-faced turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. I had a dinner salad with mine and Mr. Fun ordered soup (split pea with ham). Then I splurged by ordering a chocolate malt with whipped cream. Delicious was the verdict.
