I have a train set..

I do have engines, and wagons, and track.. It'll be based in the Forest, the Forest of Dean.. Collieries, sidings, tracks around the mineral loop, and Cinderford Station. No real reason, I just like the history of the area with the freeminers.. It's N gauge (N for Nine millimetres between the rails - OO gauge is 16.5 mm). Scale wise, it's approximately 2 mm to the foot, or 1:148..

It's going to be in one end of my shed but I need to renew the loft timbers, and point the walls, it's one of those wet day jobs that never gets done.. One day it will happen, one day it will all come true..

Anyway, I saw this on an internet auction site, and it arrived today. It will all go with other items like the chain and hook I used for my 100th blip, and the post vice.. A bit of an industrial museum.. This will be on the Bristol side of the Severn rail bridge, where the canal runs up to Gloucester..
