Sugar Swimmer

Tonight I attended a dinner in Scholars Restaurant which is the demonstration restaurant of the City of Glasgow College. My hosts were the Directors of Colleges Scotland.

There was a very good and wide ranging discussion of the college reform process which now has huge buy in from the sector. The meal , prepared and served by staff & students , was exceptional .

And these sugar-work table decorations that appeared with hand made chocolates and coffee at the end of the evening - and which were made by students too - were astonishing.
