Feel the burn
Well another crazy day at work followed by shall we say a bit of exercise......
I am 2 days behind on the squat challenge which meant today I had to do 340 squats... So as soon as I finished work that's what I did!
Then I went to group power (aka Bodypump but different)
Then I did an hour spinning class
Followed by a killer HIIT session!!! (Too many burpees and squat jumps for my legs to handle)
somehow I think sitting down tomorrow may be a challenge!!
