Vinca and raindrops

Had two wonderful telephone chats with friends who live far away from me but near each other.  I am in the early stages of trying to set up a short trip to visit them the end of April, fingers crossed.

We had lots of wild weather most of the day, with lots of rain and wind.  Mom had an appointment on the other side of town and what a drive it was on the freeway with all the water.  We did some grocery shopping after the appointment then took her home.  The weather has let up enough I could quickly get out for this flower shot.
