Bent Birch Trees

White birch trees do not have strong trunks and bend with heavy snow.  Sometimes they pop back up but mostly they stay like this.  I liked the abstract feeling of this view, which is from my summer porch, so I applied a painterly effect to the photo.  Rain yesterday but tomorrow afternoon and evening more snow followed by rain.  The winter saga continues so today's pause means a drive to town to do some errands.
