African violets

No photos taken outside today as rain on and off again!

These flowers are now looking very good, I was given the plant about a month ago and it had a few pathetic  flowers and the leaves were very bedraggled….not the most impressive gift! However with some tlc it seems to be doing well now,  Maybe I do have green fingers! 

I did go to they gym this morning and found using the various exercise bikes is fine so my new regime will be swimming and exercise bikes for the next few weeks before I can cycle on the road again.
