A Different Lunch

M and I were due to meet M’s daughter and her fiancé for lunch at a location half way between our two homes today. Unfortunately, they have both had covid and still feel unwell so it’s on hold for now.

This left us without any dinner for tonight, so we decided to have lunch out anyway, at the Blakeney Hotel…very nice it was too. We retired to their upstairs lounge for our post-lunch coffee. This is the view over the marshes from our armchairs…not bad eh?
