A Creative Day

This is C, one of the third year students from ECA who make up the Sodium Ink. collective. They were down on Portobello beach installing a set of art installations exploring ocean, coastal ecology and the impact of climate change on our seas and coastlines. In association with ECA and Art Walk Porty. C's piece was a series of kiln-shaped sandcastles (extra) along the beach, on the line of the predicted mean tide level in 2050.
Earlier L and G released their first single - Seagulls - from their forthcoming EP. And they also shared the video we made for it a few weeks ago along at the Joppa end of the Prom. Very exciting as, despite a lifetime of playing music, L has never released any of her music before. Very proud of her!
