The Solway Hoard

It is the year 3023 and I am looking at some archaeological finds of objects that were used some 1000 years ago. Amazing what human kind used to produce and how they polluted the planet! ....
This is what might happen, perhaps? Attended the opening evening of the Solway Hoard exhibition highlighting the marine pollution problem related to plastic. Fantastic, thought-provoking display as part of the Museums of the FuturesNow series at the Kirkcudbright Galleries - free access and available until 16 April 2023
