Clouds and Light

There was a very red sunrise sky this morning. I watched it change shapes and colours as Maisie and I walked from home to the Taylor River Reserve. There were lots of lenticular clouds scattered over the sky. The sun rays found their way through nearby trees and across the river. There sunlight glowed Orange gold on tree that were in the sun’s line of sight.
Friend Cathie came for lunch today. She also checked out the cats. Sadly Myrtle was nowhere to be found. That little tart is growing heavier and heavier. I am beginning to wonder if she’s eating away from home.
