Garden

Today’s picture shows the difference that the gardeners made to this section yesterday. Yesterday’s picture shows what that section looked like before they worked on it. The sheds will be cleared and taken down in the autumn. The grass in the lower part of the orchard was given a light cut.
 
The gardeners are working another full day next Friday, when the main clearance will be completed. After Easter they will be employed to cut all of the grass and maintain the borders throughout the summer. I get to do the nice parts, planting shrubs and plants.
 
The temperature at noon today was twelve degrees Celsius; it has been quite windy.
