Slow day
For these two.
Well, they were partying last night. All the French students and their Irish hosts.
I feel sorry for the neighbours of Evelyne's mum (bless her for agreeing to host the party) who had 48 excitable - and excited - teenagers dancing like mad in an open plan kitchen/sitting room. Mrs Evelyne's two dogs were not impressed...
Today is Noa's last full day with us. She's a great kid. Always happy with whatever is going on/available to ingest.
I thought I'd take the two of them out of Dublin for a bit of fresh air (it was indeed fresh, and moving rapidly from west to east). It was bitter sweet walk for me, reminiscent of this other occasion.
After the walk, we repaired to the Harbour Bar in Bray for cheese toasties and chilled diet coke. Which was nice.
Now they have gone into town, supposedly to find some nice cheddar cheese for Noa's mum.
I suspect there were ulterior motives to the trip. Teenage-French-boys-shapped motives...
Have fun girls!
