Blasting in the rain

There was a lot of rain this morning as Blast Furness played at the start of the Coniston 14 mile run. One of the snare players seems to have abandoned ship at this point, but the rest of us had to carry on regardless, wearing whatever attire we could find to keep ourselves and the instruments dry.  The weather changed of course as the last of the runners came back, and the sun popped out for a moment (see extras).
