Orienteering near Coniston

A 45 minute score event today near Coniston…I think 60 minutes would have been better, as time time seemed to whizz round.

Afterwards we went into Coniston…hence blip.

Then we checked out the campsite where Ros, Tam , and Jim ( +500 others ) will be staying at for a Mountain Marathon in 5 weeks time. How do you like the chimneys in the farmhouse? ( see extra ). It’s right by lake Coniston, where the event starts from.

I will be the support team…I used to marathons, but my knees aren’t up to it these days…
