As always after Friday night football, I was sluggish this morning. 

It was after 22:30 when I got home, so after 23:30 by the time I was in bed. Plus the drive home had been demanding - a very wet motorway in the dark is not my idea of fun. 

I made it to my local Parkrun in spite of that, and my time was very respectable (by my veteran standards obviously) so it was worth the effort. I got my Blip too. 

The rest of my day has been quiet and relaxing, with all thoughts of task lists ignored for now.
