Spring into a parkrun

Had lots of exercise watching our local parkrun this morning.
Later I popped my head outdoors to consider doing something positive in the garden, but the rain arrived and I departed.
We are planning to watch Everything on Amazon Prime this evening - we might be asking for an explanation later.
