New Blind

New kitchen blind finally up today thanks to my handyman friend. Thermal lined and black out so it’ll hopefully warm up the kitchen in winter and keep cool in summer.

Frustrating day work wise waiting for decisions which finally came after business hours in the UK.

Spent a nice couple of hours with friends early evening sitting in their kitchen and exchanging birthday presents. Heard all about their troubles with secondary school choices and how their 11 year old boy is acting like a troublesome teenager already.

Went home and binged watched a few episodes of Below the Deck. Total trash telly but a good switch off.
