Christchurch cathedral restoration

Today we have come into the central library with Amy, Lincoln and Elliott for a Lego event. I took the opportunity to go up to the observation level and photograph  the progress on our cathedral restoration work. The cathedral suffered devastating damage in the 2011 earthquake which included the spire collapsing. After years of arguments we are thrilled that the rebuild option was chosen. Although it will be several years' work, we are all looking forward to the completion of the work.
