Fog in the valley

A nice day off. The outdoors gloom lifted in late afternoon, and when I went out tonight for a quick run to the grocery store I saw fog along the low road and a clear star-sprinkled sky above. And heard an exuberant chorus of spring peepers, those new little frogs, rising from the valleys and the ponds farther up the hill.
