Day One: operation flat stomach

Day one, here we go!

Now I am in no way saying I am fat/overweight etc etc. those of you that know me will know I'm not like that and I never complain about my weight.

I have just found that as I get older my body is less forgiving to me eating shit. I'm bloated, irritable, my sleep pattern is all over the place and my skin is a mess. The pic shows my stomach a little 'fluffy' and is the area of main concern :) chucked a wee gun show in there too :)
