The 10K training plan came down and the Half Marathon plan went up. After a week off following the race whilst I was on holiday I kicked it off this morning with a really enjoyable half hour easy run. It's a 12 week plan and it's 16 weeks til the Great North Run, so I will hopefully have some weeks in hand. I do need to factor in some hill training this time round, which is usually something that I go out of my way to avoid.
