Dinner

Most of the work was done ahead of time so a nice easy dinner;
Goat's Cheese stuffed Dates with bacon and Rosemary
Figs stuffed with toasted almond and Goat's Cheese

Maminha - Brazilian cut of beef on BBQ and Hot Stones
Green Salad
Puy Lentils, Smokey Aubergine and Tomato Salad 

Matermelon sorbet with Prosecco
Blood Orange and Campari Cake 

We chatted late into the night.
