Beach huts, sea and rain

But at least we got out for a walk! Very dismal morning. I'd read the forecast so was prepared! Made a lasagne and some cheese straws, both of which worked out okay. Consigned the inedible hot cross buns to the bin and did a bit of an ironing marathon while I was waiting for things to cook, chill, cool down etc. 
Disappointed to find out that the race meeting we'd hoped to go to tomorrow is a figment of my imagination and not on until Easter. Will have to find cheery alternative for tomorrow.
