Peace

This weather is getting me down a bit, and now I have caught my wife's cold. It's there as a sore throat just now, but I can feel it heading south into my chest. I hate sickness (who doesn't)? I popped into Tesco this morning and purchased the cough bottles. Determined to at least get to one gym class tonight.

Despite the fact that I'm a bit down, a scene like this makes me feel at peace. Simple soft diffused light, trickling down through the tree canopies. Some plants can only really survive in the shade ... good for them that there is not much sun about just now. I need my vitamin C.
