Parque Queulat

Today we drove into the Queulat National Park, about 20 km from Puyuhuapi. The main shows the Careterra Austral we are driving along with its stunning views up into the Queulat mountains. The hiking is lush and steep with the rushing Queulat river on one side and forest on the other. We needed to hike across an exciting suspension bridge across the river.  We saw the Queulat hanging glacier from afar up the mountains and just loved the dripping rain forests and silence of this wonderful land.
